As President of HR Advisory Services, LLC, Rebecca partners with small and mid-sized organizations to strengthen every aspect of the employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development. She is known as a trusted advisor who combines strategic insight with a practical, hands-on approach to solving complex workforce challenges.
Rebecca has extensive experience supporting highly regulated industries, including radiopharmaceutical and manufacturing organizations, as well as healthcare, professional services, nonprofits, and growing entrepreneurial companies. She has successfully built HR infrastructures from the ground up, led mergers and acquisitions, workforce reductions, compliance initiatives, executive coaching, handbook development, and organizational redesign.
Prior to returning to consulting, Rebecca served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Nucleus RadioPharma, where she built the company’s entire HR function from startup through rapid growth. She also spent nearly a decade as Director of Human Resources for Triad Isotopes, supporting more than 60 locations nationwide and leading large-scale organizational initiatives across a complex healthcare environment.
Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Florida and has maintained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification since 2001.
