Rebecca Totten, lead consultant with HR Advisory Services, has over 20 years of progressive experience in all areas of Human Resources management – primarily focusing on employee relations, policy and procedure, recruitment and retention, benefits administration, training and development and employee programs. She effectively collaborates with all levels of an organization to increase employee engagement, minimize turnover, resolve interpersonal / departmental conflict and ensure positive impact from HR to meet company goals and objectives.
Rebecca began HR Advisory Services in 2018 after completing her ninth year leading the HR team with Triad Isotopes, a private nuclear pharmaceutical company with 50+ locations across the United States. During her tenure with Triad, she managed the full employee life cycle from recruitment to talent management to separation / retirement. She has also managed the HR team through acquisitions, staff alignment / re-organizations, pharmacy closures, annual open enrollment process for benefits, new team member handbook and policy creation / distribution, HRIS system optimization and many other projects to support the evolving Triad culture. While with Triad, she earned the ‘Heart of Triad Executive Leadership Award’ as nominated and selected by her peer leadership team.
Prior to Triad, Rebecca worked in various HR leadership roles including RDV Sports (the Orlando Magic & RDV Sportsplex), United Parcel Service, Glatting Jackson and Tews Company. Rebecca graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management. She obtained and has maintained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
